County for Peer and Family Advocacy. In that Advocacy, I alert the
advocates to the recent filing of an FCC COMPLAINT against the SB County
for practices denying my rights as persons with disabilities to not
enable email within my therapy. The FCC complaint has the text from this

Disabilities. For which FAP applies under. Once I straighten the
county's position against enabling email for use by clients in mental
health therapy, I am coming after FAP for not enabling email to clients
for general case management. My overall complaint against FAP for not
being able to interface properly with me, as my autonomy has been
disrespected at FAP and why I CANCELLED SERVICES. Once I have
established the proper protocol for the SB County to follow, I am
pursuing a lawsuit for improper case management against everyone if they

we have seen so far. Second, it allows one to acquaaint someone who
assist me, right, with making decisions as opposite to take over, in
specific areas. It also allows me to appoint someone to take over in
certain circumstances that this model does. The act also states a test
for capacity to make those appointments that's not rooted in the sort of
cognitive capacities of understanding and so on that traditional models
are so it goes to one's ability to express preferences [ in my case

THE FCC has a mandate here to follow the law. So do they. You must follow up this complaint to the modification of policy that is in place at the County of San Bernardino and take action against them for not enabling the email rights of patients -- per the complaint of James Martin Driskill
To enroll an agent of change who be the FCC in this regard is to understand this clause and that this complaint services to enforce my rights as a person with disability.
